For the 3rd year in a row, the Committee will be holding a Charity
fundraiser for the Boston College Campus School. About 8 current or
former members of the club are training to run the Boston Marathon with
the Campus School Volunteers, and on Saturday, Feb. 16th in Carney's
Dining Hall, The Committee will be expanding it's past improv show and
date auction into an Improv Show, Date Auction, and Open Mic Night. We
will be performing from 9pm-1am on the top floor of McElroy. Bring your
cash for the chance to spend the rest of the show with a
fiiiiiiiiiiiiine Committee member, toss a buck into a poor guitarist's
case if you like a song he or she plays... throw us a dime every time
you laugh at one of our scenes! Stay tuned/ email for questions. All
donations welcome, too!

Auditions
for the Spring 2008 Improv Murder Mystery “Camp KIL-A-MAN-Jaro” will be held
this TUESDAY, JANUARY 29th and WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 30th,
at 7 PM in Gasson 306
Synopsis:
Tonight
is the Open House for Camp
Kilimanjaro, a brand new
camp that will open its doors for the first time this coming summer. Hoping to impress the parents of prospective
campers (the audience), camp director Pat Nickol has called in teachers,
counselors, and even a local park ranger to deliver a safe, fun presentation
and tour of the facilities; Q/A sessions and the like. However, things go horribly, horribly wrong –
resulting in… murder! Who done it?
Tensions mount as accusations are hurled and secrets are revealed! How exciting!
In keeping with the camp spirit, this script aims to be rated PG-13.
No
experience necessary! The Committee remains all-inclusive! Please email
Director Caitie Peterson (peterscr@bc.edu)
or President Justin Bourassa (BourassJ@mac.com)
